After nearly a decade as a Sales Director for Fortune 500 companies, I realized that my true purpose was to foster inner well-being and drive human evolution.
My journey into holistic disciplines—including Reiki, Tantra, Primal Dance, and Transpersonal Psychology—led me to create The Human Expansion School and Do Less Be More, with the aim to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential, embody authentic leadership, and drive conscious evolution.

Mr Ozgen
A Heart in Motion, A Soul in Rhythm
Özgen is an internationally acclaimed Turkish Oriental and Romani dance artist, choreographer, and instructor with over 18 years of experience. A former cast member of Night of the Sultans in Istanbul, he blends contemporary, ballet, and traditional dance forms in his performances.
He taught for several years at the Tolgahan Dance School and is now based in London, sharing his artistry worldwide through teaching and performance. Özgen was honored as Best Champion of Turkish Cypriot Culture in 2017 and continues to tour internationally with his original musicals, Ashk (Love) and Tales of a Sleeping Man.

Melinda by Lasenda
Drumbeat of the Earth, Song of the Soul
Melinda, of Peruvian and Puerto Rican heritage, is the founder of Lasenda and a guide who blends ancient traditions with modern healing. Through Shamanic Journeying and Sound Healing, where the steady rhythm of the drum becomes a portal to deeper awareness, she helps others reconnect with their inner wisdom. She supports them to harmonize body and spirit, and access deep states of clarity and healing.
Her work draws from Indigenous, Tibetan, and Ayurvedic lineages, creating sacred spaces for transformation.
In partnership with Sacred Eros, Melinda embodies love as a sacred act, bridging the ancient and the present to invite deeper presence, pleasure, and self-remembrance.
