Welcome to your journey of renewal, connection, and luxury. We’re honoured to have you join us. Please take a moment to read through these Terms & Conditions to ensure clarity for all parties involved.
Booking & Payments

Una non-refundable deposit of $450 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

The remaining balance can be paid either in full or via a flexible installment plan we’ll provide.

All payments must be completed by August 15, 2025 to confirm your participation. If full payment is not received by this date, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist without refund of your deposit.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all involved:

La $450 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel before June 20, 2025, and have paid in full, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made after June 20, 2025 are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please contact us to arrange this.
Travel & Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location. We recommend travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

By attending, you agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing and behaviour throughout the retreat.

We ask that all guests honour the space, respect the group container, and participate with presence and integrity.
