The heART Festival aims to create a nurturing space where ART and THERAPY intersect, offering you a chance to explore your creativity, experience emotional release, and build a sense of community.
Art Therapy is grounded in the belief that creative expression can promote healing, mental well-being, and inner connection.
As children, we naturally embrace our inner artist, drawing, dancing, singing, and scribbling stories just for the joy of it. Yet, as we grow older, this connection to our creative soul often fades!

On day 1 you will reconnect with your inner creative self. To tap into your artistic potential, embrace experimentation and let go of your sense of self importance. Relax your composure. Loosen your rigidity and allow yourself to play freely.
Move naturally and spontaneously, letting go of control and enjoying the process. Allow the playful child within you to take charge.
Art flourishes in an environment free from the ego and perfectionism. Dive into your creativity by getting hands-on with colours, movement and paints, breaking free from rigid structures and embracing the beauty of imperfection.

Nicholas Policarpio started his career in Fortune 500 companies, working and living internationally for nearly 10 years as a Sales Director.
During his time in the corporate world he started questioning whether being a conventional manager was truly his life purpose. His curiosity towards the majesty and mysteries of our inner world brought him to train and study in multiple holistic schools such as Reiki, Coaching, and Transpersonal psychology, Tantra, Tao and Primal dance, and after years of leading retreats and events across London, Barcelona, New York, Colombia, Brasil etc. he realised promoting he understood promoting healing, inner expansion and authentic manifestation was going to be his life’s mission.
From this realization he founded the Human Transformation School and developed the idea of the heART fest as an annual celebration of the School. During the heART fest he will be instructing multiple workshops of Tantra, Primal Dance, connected breathing and more.

marcela variani
Holistic Coach, Therapeutic Theatre and art Teacher
Marcela Variani comes from Brazil although she has lived internationally for years.
She is a passionate holistic coach with a rich background in Philosophy, Therapeutic Theatre and art. She believes in the power of creative expression as a pathway to healing and self-discovery. With years of experience facilitating workshops and classes, Marcela has helped many individuals find their inner strength, self-love and joy through the arts in a holistic approach.
mai Guiakora omassa
Holistic Coach, art therapist
Mai Guiakora Omassa comes from France, but she chose to call Barcelona her home for the past 3 years.
She merges different techniques and practices to support the healing and alignment of the mental, emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual parts of her clients. Through different art practices, her clients are able to recognize themselves in their unconscious patterns and find a renewed balance in themselves and their environment.

Gilberto Scaramuzzo
professor of pedagogy of expression
Gilberto Scaramuzzo teaches pedagogy of expression at Roma Tre University and at the Italian National Academy of Dance.
He is the director of Mimesis Lab, the scenic arts company of the Department of Education of Roma Tre University.
He has been visiting scholar and visiting professor at the University of Cambridge and Valencia. He has also been for many years a mime street artist. He has worked in international contexts spreading his research on body theater of relationship and mimesis methodology.

Each segment will be characterized by a specific artistic performance touching all your senses; different types of live music, live akashic painting, and more.
There will also be a team of photographer and videographer to capture lasting memories.
To tap into the heART fest vibe we will have a makeup artist for festival inspired looks on all our participants.
